Florida Keys Scenic Highway
Key West Botanical Gardens, FL
The Key West Tropical Forest and Botanical Garden is an 11-acre fragile hammock first founded in 1934. Go on a self-guided tour and see the lush courtyard with a waterfall, a wall of orchids, and turtles swimming below, the one-acre butterfly habitat with over 23 species discovered, and the lush canopy of tropical palms, trees, and a hidden pond. You may even see the resident, rare white crowned pigeon or bald eagle.
