Driving the Byway

• The byway starts in Estes Park and travels through Rocky Mountain National Park.
• Take US-34 or US-36 west. US-36 goes to Park Headquarters and Visitors Center. The routes join up after 7 to 8 miles.
• Continue on US-34 to the community of Grand Lakes, where the byway ends.
