Driving the Byway

At the junction of I-40 and NM-14, take NM-14 north to Sandia Park. At the junction of NM-14 and NM-536, go west on NM-536 and follow past the junction with NM-165 until you reach Sandia Crest. At this point, turn around and take NM-536 back to NM-14 and proceed north on NM-14. Pass Golden, Madrid, and Cerrillos. The byway ends near the junction of NM-14 and I-25, just south of Santa Fe.
