Indian River Lagoon was very enjoyable! I visited the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, the first wildlife refuge established by Paul Kroegel and Teddy Roosevelt. I also discovered the Honey Bell orange (wow, it's sweeter than candy!), and saw my second dolphin ever in the wild. There's nothing more beautiful than a glistening dorsal fin in the Florida sunshine, it's like you've just caught something really special that you'll think about for miles down the road.
