The Peter Norbeck Scenic Byway is one of the most interesting I've ever been on. I've been on a lot before, but this one had such a great variety of activities to do. Sure, Mt. Rushmore was the big thing along the byway, but there were a lot of other things that I thought were amazing.

Natural wonders, man-made wonders like the unique pigtail bridges, pleasant chance encounters with people from around the country, and of course, those views of Mt. Rushmore.
