June 16, 2008 - New Historic Route 66 Gazebo in Illinois

Once the new Frankfort, IL Township building is built, the old building will be torn down and replaced with a new park and a Route 66 gazebo—one of only 20 in the state of Illinois. The gazebo will include the history of the famous road in addition to other information.
