May 12, 2008 - Tule Lake Migratory Bird Festival on Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway

If you’re a bird watching enthusiast this event is for you.

On May 17th, Tule Lake on California’s segment of the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway will be holding their annual migratory bird festival. Come participate in bird demonstrations, bird identification field trips, airboat rides through Tule Lake Marsh, tours of Discovery Marsh, and raptor identification guided tours of the Petroglyphs on Lava Beds National Monument.

The event will take place at the Tulelake Visitors’ Center in Tulelake, CA.
