Driving the Byway

Take CSAH 21 from Point Douglas to the intersection of Interstate 94, then east along the south frontage road to State Highway 95.

95 runs along the St. Croix River to near Taylors Falls, where it combines with Highway 8 for a short distance, then continues through the city of Taylors Falls to Wild Mountain Road or Highway 16 at milepost 52.8.

County Highway 16 continunes until you come to Highway 12 at milepost 64.2

Highway 12 goes northeast to Wild River State Park for 2.3 miles.

On Country Road 81, go north about one mile then west following Country Road 81 for a total of 6.5 miles.

Turn right on th County Road 57 to Country Road 30 for 6.8 miles.

Country Road 30 (Old Highway 61) becomes Minnestoa Highway 361 in Rush City and becomes County Highway 61 at Pine City. Follow this terminus at Interstate 35.
