Traveling the byway
From Rockbridge to South Bloomingville:
- Get on State Route 374 going east
- Turn right onto SR 180
- Follow SR 180 for about 4 miles
- Turn left onto ST 374 going south
- Turn right onto SR 664 and take it to South Bloomingville
- From South Bloomingville you can take SR 56 west toward Hue
- At the Ash Cave Unit turnoff, turn left onto SR 374
- Turn left on SR 664 until it bends back around to South Bloomingville
- Take a right onto SR 374 and start back up north to
Rockbridge
Getting to the Byway
From Lancaster to Rockbridge:
- Go west on E. Main St./US 22/OH 188 toward N. Broad St.
- Turn left onto S. Memorial Dr./US 33/Lancaster Business Route
- Follow US 33 for 4.9 miles
- Make a slight right onto US 33 East/Logan Lancaster Rd. SE
- Follow US 33 East for 6 miles
- Turn left onto Country Road 10 and end at Rockbridge
From Nelson to Rockbridge:
- Go Northwest on Nelson Town Square toward Parkman Rd.
- Turn right onto OH 305
- After 4.7 miles OH 305 becomes OH 82
- Turn left onto OH 44
- After 4.4 miles merge onto I 80 West
- Take the OH 21 exit (exit 173) toward I 77/Cleveland/Akron
- Merge onto I 77
- Merge onto I 271 South using exit 144 toward Columbus
- Merge onto I 71 South using exit 1 going toward Columbus
- Go 112.8 miles and merge onto I 70 East using exit 107, it is on the left going toward Wheeling
- Merge onto US 33 East through exit 105A toward Lancaster
- After 36.7 miles turn left onto Country Road 10 and end in Rockbridge
From Circleville to South Bloomingville:
- Go North on South Court St. toward E. Franklin St.
- Turn right onto E. Main St./US 22/OH 56
- Follow OH 56 for 24.4 miles
- Stay straight to go onto OH 664
- Turn left and end at South Bloomingville
