Driving the Byway

Getting to the Byway

• Take Exit #20 off I-75 onto a bypass for approximately 7 miles to US Highway 64 east toward Ocoee. The byway begins at the border of the Cherokee National Forest.

Driving the Byway

• Start in Ocoee and travel east. The byway begins when you enter the Cherokee National Forest. Travel east on SR 40. The byway forks at the junction with FS-77. You can take FS-77 north until the byway ends at the Oswald Dome Overlook just past Benton Springs, or continue east on SR-40 until the byway ends at the eastern boundary of the Cherokee National Forest.
