Shooting Star Wildflower and Historic Route Scenic Byway

10 miles of the Shooting Star Recreational Trail are open. This is a hard surfaced trail from the LeRoy to Taopi, Minnesota. The trail travels through Lake Louise State Park and agricultural areas. It is adjacent to the Shooting Star Scenic Byway and can be accessed from the byway at many points. Users should be prepared to share the trail with many different recreationalists, from bikers to skaters to joggers, and more.
