Driving the Byway

From Carlton, take Hwy 210 east along the St. Louis River and through Jay Cooke State Park. Follow the signs to link up to Hwy. 23 (parallel south). From Duluth, take Hwy. 23 west and then north to connect with Hwy 210, which goes through Jay Cooke State Park.
