Restrictions
The 31-mile gravel section over Kebler Pass is closed in winter.

These roads are best visited in Summer and Fall when the entire byway is open and the scenery is at its best.
- High Season
Summer and Fall are the busiest seasons because of the large numbers of people visiting the Curecanti National Recreation Area.
