Driving the Byway

• The byway begins at the Grand Lake Visitors Center on US-34 just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park.
• Just outside Granby, US-34 ends.
• The byway continues west on US-40.
• Continue on US-40 until the town of Kremmling.
• At Kremmling, take Grand County Road 1 to State Bridge, which is the end of the byway. Visitors should be aware that Grand County Road 1 from Kremmling to State Bridge is a gravel road.
