Special Considerations
Riddle is one of the few places on the route that provides food and vehicle services for your trip.
Restrictions
This is a Type I Back Country Backway. The roads are generally paved and normal passenger cars can navigate easily, however, the roads are more narrow and cars should travel at a slower speed than on the highway.

Spring is a popular time to travel the byway because of the abundant waterfalls and wildflowers. Visit the area in the fall for stunning colors along the road.

Summer brings many visitors as the passes open and provide spectacular views of the natural beauty of the area.
